We value relationships and like to know all our buyers. Fill out a quick questionnaire to let us know what types of properties you're interested in.
2. Receive Opportunities
Once you're added to our Buyer's List, you'll receive our off-market deals via email. Our opportunities range from vacant land to large multi-family and everything in between. Our marketing email shares all the property's details, photos, and instructions for setting up a viewing.
3. Buy Your Next Deal
When you decide you'd like to move forward with purchasing a property, our team will send you a purchase contract. Closing is typically within 15-20 days and funds to close must be in cash or cash equivalent, such as a hard money loan.
